Repair of flat screen TV's do not include the display panel.  TV's that have  smashed screens or have lines / cracks either down or across the screen will have a faulty panel and I will be unable to repair this. Due to lack of space I cannot keep uncollected TV's so please if you leave an item for repair, please collect it even if unrepaired. Repair of larger TV's will be attempted in your home first.

Computers

Software fault £60 per hour

Set up and installation of new PC's & laptops £60 per hour

Laptop keyboard repair / replacement £50 approx.

Laptop screen replacement £95 including parts

Laptop hard drive replacement / upgrade £65 + cost of HDD

PC hard drive replacement / upgrade £50 + Cost of HDD

Apple Imac 21.5" HDD replacement £200 + Cost of HDD

Apple Imac 27" HDD replacement £250 + Cost of HDD

Apple Imac RAM upgrade £30 + cost of RAM

Apple products cost considerably more and it is recommended you back up your system. If you would like me to do this for you it will be an exta £65. Also the original disks that came with the machine will be required, without these I will be unable to help. I will also be unable to install any pirated software on any computer system. No disks or a valid backup and your hard drive has failed may require you to buy recovery disks or a copy of Windows. Lost data is not my responsibility although I will take every care that this does not happen.

 

Information

Prices quoted include low cost, generic electronic components such as capacitors and resistors. Items such as hard drives, memory chips etc are not included. I will honour a 3 month warranty on hardware repairs. I cannot offer warranties on software faults and problems caused by viruses, malware etc. I am also not responsible for any loss of data; it is the end user's responsibility to ensure personal information is adequately backed up.
